With SIO, tailor-made trips can be designed precisely and flexibly. The platform helps tour operators match bespoke routes, exclusive accommodation and special experiences to the needs of each traveller.

Product data

All trip data is maintained in one place – costing and prices as well as images and texts such as itineraries, highlight texts and SEO texts. The system lets you add new fields or hide old ones as needed. All fields can be used on the website, in travel documents, mail merges or file exports.

Trip costing

SIO’s trip costing covers both simple and complex trips. A tailor-made trip can consist of a land programme or countless individual services. Multiple hotels, different service durations, multiple currencies or day-based / person-based prices are no problem. Optional extras are also possible and can be added per person, per room or per group – including extended stays and pre- or post-programmes.

Individual customisation

A trip can be customised individually within a booking. The framework of the tailor-made trip is taken as the basis and can be changed in the booking – itineraries, images and all other texts can be adjusted. Extensions can be added or services swapped. The customer receives an individual offer that they can accept online.

Offers

Individual offers can be displayed as a PDF or on the web, with design and content edited via blocks in the editor. Optional extras or insurance can be added at the push of a button. Once the offer is accepted, the booking is already fully created – no manual transfer needed.

Rooming lists

Rooming lists work hand in hand with tailor-made trips. Changed services are reported automatically to the partner on site. Later cancellations or changes also appear on the lists. They can be sent at a defined interval in several formats by email or FTP, or viewed in the agency login.

Request module

The request module automatically sends availability, price and booking requests for services to the agency on site. Prices or availability can be entered via a reply form, and the agency can either confirm or decline the service. Email replies to requests are also fed into the system in case further clarification is needed.

Tailor-made travel is deeply integrated with the other features: invoice and document dispatch, participant lists and the request module.
