B2B bookings
The group tool lets you create B2B bookings with up to 10,000 participants. You start with an offer that can consist of several arrangements. Customers can add alternative and optional services. The offer can be sent as a PDF or web link and accepted directly there.
Participant capture
Once the offer has been accepted, participants can be captured via a matrix, where you decide individually who has booked which service. Which data is requested (e.g. passport details, language, nationality, remarks) is defined per booking. Customers can also enter the data themselves by downloading an Excel template and filling in the names. Typing and copying names is a thing of the past.
Groups & payment strategy
Several groups can be created within one offer, e.g. for teachers, accompanying adults or simply for a double-room and a single-room variant. Costs of one group (e.g. teachers) can be allocated to another group. Individual payment deadlines can be defined per booking. The calculated margin is always shown live, and recorded receipts are broken down to the individual items.
Configurator & route planning
The configurator lets you quickly put together a suitable offer. Matching products are shown by destination, and the distance and time between individual services are calculated directly. Products such as hotels, ferries, services, travel packages, transfers or rental cars can be supplied via interfaces or created manually.
Costing
Costing works with multiple currencies and group sizes to calculate a total purchase price and, based on it, a suitable selling price. It also suggests better departure dates and can calculate the cost of a trip across the year.
Request module
The request module automatically sends availability, price and booking requests for services to the agency on site. Prices or availability can be entered via a reply form, and the agency can either confirm or decline the service. Email replies to requests are also fed into the system in case further clarification is needed.

The B2B-specific features are fully integrated with the application’s standard functions, including rooming lists, participant lists, statistics, invoice and document dispatch, automations and notifications, and the request module.
