Software for cruises
SIO offers a comprehensive platform for managing cruise offers, from route planning to detailed cabin organisation. It is ideal for tour operators who want to design cruises flexibly and efficiently.
Our optimised cabin management gives you efficiency and maximum control on board.
Ship setup
Efficient management of cabins and deck plans on ships
SIO offers a comprehensive solution for managing ship cabins, cabin types and deck plans. Cabins are created quickly using a generator that enables efficient, time-saving configuration. Each cabin can be given specific attributes such as location, window options and amenities. For better customer interaction, virtual cabin types let travellers choose their preferred cabin. Alternatively, cabins can be assigned automatically. An intelligent overbooking function allows overbooking according to defined rules and automatically reallocates cabins in case of cancellations. The deck plan visually displays the available cabins and allows direct selection within the plan. Cabins can also be blocked specifically – for example for crew, medical purposes or refurbishment. These functions greatly simplify cabin management on ships and ensure flexible and efficient occupancy.
Availability overview
Efficient management of booking status and cabin occupancy
SIO provides a comprehensive overview of a ship’s current booking status. Bookings can be managed centrally and adjusted flexibly as needed. A simple move function lets you reassign cabins easily to ensure optimal occupancy. These functions make organisation easier and enable efficient control of cabin occupancy, so you always have a clear overview of available and occupied cabins.
Sub-allotments
Flexible charter bookings and partner reservations
SIO makes it easy to manage full and partial charter bookings. Cabins can be reserved specifically for partners so that certain allotments remain secured. An automatic release function also ensures that unused allotments flow back into general sale after a defined deadline. These functions offer maximum flexibility and efficiency in occupying and managing cabin allotments.
Group tool
Efficient management of group bookings
Our system enables quick and easy creation of group bookings, including tailored offers for groups. Participant lists can be imported and processed conveniently. A powerful allocation matrix lets you assign booked services to individual participants. Thanks to its scalable structure, bookings for groups of up to 2,000 participants are easily possible, ensuring flexible and efficient handling of large travel groups.
