Requests & options
The “Bookings” function streamlines the entire booking process (IBE) by receiving bookings via website, API or TOMA/Stadis. It allows manual booking creation, duplicating existing bookings and managing group bookings and participant data such as price, allocation and meal preferences. Important information can be captured after booking, and reminders to complete data can be sent. Services can be put on hold, with automatic notification once they become available. The function also supports flexible payment strategies, including the option to define (deposit) payment deadlines and groups.

It allows manual booking creation, duplicating existing bookings and managing group bookings and participant data such as price, allocation and meal preferences. Sales partners
The “Sales partner management” function enables efficient management of sales partners in the system, including commission rates and communication rules. Sales partners can log in to the system, make their own bookings and manage commission payments at defined intervals. The affiliate module provides booking links for promoting trips, with commission calculated automatically. A bonus programme also lets partners collect points for bookings, including calculation of annual or period status and individual commission rates for bonuses achieved.
Invoices
The “Booking confirmations / invoices” function makes it easy to create invoices and booking confirmations, with flexible text design via an editor and conditional rules. Invoices, amendment invoices and cancellation invoices are sent automatically by email or printer. Customers can access their invoices and documents in the customer login, while report emails ensure clear documentation.
Cancellations
The “Cancellations” function lets you define cancellation fees flexibly using a rule set. Bookings can be cancelled via an interface or manually, and cancellation invoices are sent automatically for smooth processing.
Waiting lists
The “Waiting lists” function adds bookings to a waiting list and automatically informs users as soon as places become available. This keeps access to the services they want open even when offers are fully booked.
Travel documents
The travel documents function creates documents per person, per room or for the whole booking in voucher or booklet format, enriched with images and texts from the master data. They are sent automatically according to defined rules, with release only after payment or settlement of a small outstanding amount. Users can override this manually, and report emails ensure transparency.
Participant lists
The rooming lists / participant lists function sends lists to agencies and partners on site automatically or manually. Change lists highlight adjustments compared with the previous list, while control lists report the complete status. Various export formats such as Excel, CSV and PDF are available, and lists can be sent by email, FTP(S), SFTP, S3 or via the agency login. A flexible layout configuration lets you control exactly which information is included, such as customer data or trip details.
Complaints
The complaints function enables systematic management of complaints and the creation of goodwill vouchers according to defined rules – for example redeemable on the next trip. Further management options are in development.
Price rules / discounts
The price rules / discounts function creates discounts based on predefined rules from the master data. In addition, manual discounts can be applied to individual services, either as a percentage or as an absolute amount, for flexible pricing.
Additional documents
The additional documents function lets you store email templates for frequent occasions. Users can set up additional documents that are sent together with invoices, travel documents or other emails in specific cases, streamlining communication.
