Which tour operators is SIO suitable for?
SIO is designed for operators of group tours, tailor-made travel, coach tours, cruises, school trips and B2B travel. More than 20 tour operators already work with SIO, including nicko cruises, VIVA Cruises, Hauser Exkursionen, Highländer Reisen and moja travel.
How much does SIO cost?
SIO uses a transparent pricing model: a one-time setup fee plus a monthly flat fee. New developments are included in the price. The exact amount depends on the modules you need – after a free live demo and needs analysis you receive a tailored proposal.
How long does it take to implement SIO?
Implementation usually takes 6 to 12 months. We migrate your existing data and support you with a dedicated contact person from the needs analysis to go-live.
Does SIO have a TOMA interface?
Yes. Bookings are received automatically via TOMA, your website or via API. In total, SIO offers more than 100 integrations, including Amadeus, hotelbeds, Deutsche Bahn and PayPal.
Where is the data hosted?
SIO is a cloud solution operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Frankfurt am Main data centre. You work in the browser – on your PC, tablet or smartphone.
Does SIO use artificial intelligence?
Yes. SIO offers AI text generation, an AI chat for your website and an AI help in the system. The AI features are provider-independent, and AI agents that take over tasks are in development. More about AI in SIO
